My Cat’s Tale – Malcolm The Cat’s Christmas Tale

I don’t think there’s a day goes where I can’t believe you’re still here… its wonderful.

Caroline told us Malcolm’s tale of his injuries and treatment earlier this year. After he was hit by a car, his community rallied round to help fund his extensive medical treatment. There were many happy fans of Malcolm when he made it back home, and his ever present companion Baby Dog took care of him.

I caught up with Caroline just before Christmas to find out how Malcolm is getting on, how his life has changed, and the new cat coming round to visit him.

My Cat’s Tale – Malcolm The Cat

Malcolm is the straight one and Baby Dog is the silly sidekick, so I like to think of them as Morecambe and Wise.

Malcolm is on the mend after a recent accident that saw him needing an operation, but this proud cat has so many people supporting him. From Eric, the sidekick better known as Baby Dog, with Caroline and the rest of his family at home, all his neighbours, and countless others contributing to his care online.

For once, Malcolm is getting back the love, care, and devotion he has shown to everyone around him. Ewan talks with Caroline as she thanks the community for their support, remembers when Malcolm first met Baby Dog, and why he has such an ‘old man’s’ name.
